NEW PADI Diving Work Health and Safety Course
PADI RTO has just released its new Diving Work Health and Safety Course that will help you meet the requirements set out by SafeWork NSW for the relevant competencies for general diving work. Once successfully completed, you will be able to request a Statement of Attainment for BSBWHS211 Contribute to the health and safety of self and others from PADI RTO. Student Visa Holders studying with PADI RTO
Effective immediately, students studying in Australia on a Student Visa can now participate in first aid training and receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment in the first aid units of competencies (HLTAID009 to HLTAID016). A selection of short courses and stand-alone units of competencies are now exempt under the Education Services for Overseas Students (Exempt Courses) Instrument 2021 (ESOS Act). Updated First Aid Student Materials
The revised units of competency from the Health Training Package that have recently been released by PADI RTO are supported by the latest state-of-the-art digital learning materials and interactive online knowledge reviews. The on-screen manual can be downloaded or printed and contains the required knowledge for all eight updated units of competency. The new student manual is supported by an interactive on-screen knowledge review that students can complete online and that will provide the learner with instant feedback. Revised First Aid units now available
PADI RTO has updated its registration with ASQA and is now able to offer all revised first aid units from the Health Training Package. This includes the basic HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support courses. The most recognised workplace course is the HLTAID011 Provide First Aid unit of competency.
