We would like to officially welcome Ian Riley, our new PADI RTO Trainer from Hobart, Tasmania. Ian has been actively engaged in the Outdoor Education Industry for the past 22 years as a Dive Instructor, Rock Climbing Instructor, Environmental Educator and Sea Kayak Instructor. Student Visa Holders studying with PADI RTO
Effective immediately, students studying in Australia on a Student Visa can now participate in first aid training and receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment in the first aid units of competencies (HLTAID009 to HLTAID016). A selection of short courses and stand-alone units of competencies are now exempt under the Education Services for Overseas Students (Exempt Courses) Instrument 2021 (ESOS Act). PADI RTO would like to welcome our new RTO Trainer Melanie Vio Seror from Kewarra Beach in Far North Queensland. Melanie will offer workplace first aid and nationally accredited snorkelling and diver training.
