Originally from the United Kingdom, our newest RTO Trainer, Stephen Mabbett, is the owner and Head Instructor at Australian Diving Instruction in Geelong, Victoria.
A PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and TecRec Instructor, Stephen started Diving in 1983 and has been certifying divers for over 30yrs. He started Australian Diving Instruction as a Dive Club in 1989, offering courses to club members. As the club grew it was evident to Stephen a store was needed and he believes it is the ‘club that became a store’ atmosphere that makes ADI special. ADI has now added PADI RTO courses to its training repertoire and we are very glad to have Stephen as part of the PADI RTO family!
