Meet Peter, a highly qualified and experienced first aid trainer based in Gungahlin, ACT.
Peter has been making a significant impact in first aid training with PADI RTO since 2015. With his impressive skills and knowledge and fantastic testimonials from his students as well as employer groups, he is a valuable member of the PADI RTO training team.
Peter started Gungahlia First Aid in 2010 with a vision of providing high quality first aid education to everyone in a fun environment, one person at a time. Peter has achieved this and more.
Gungahlia First Aid also runs courses on the Central Coast. Peter has been delivering first aid since 1977, initially being the first on the scene response for car accidents, attempted suicides, and other trauma incidents.
Peter has also been involved in helping remote communities in the South Pacific region through first aid training with Emergency First Response. Women in remote Fiji are most often the primary caregivers. First aid training empowers these women with the knowledge and skills needed to assist in their community and improve their status.
Peter has more recently delivered first aid to a range of sport injuries – football, hockey, tennis, dodgeball as well as scuba diving.
Peter is a not only a highly qualified first aid trainer, he is also a PADI Course Director, IDC Instructor and EFR Instructor trainer. Peter also has an impressive list of Scuba Specialties under his belt.
Peter specialises in delivering first aid in your own location and can tailor courses, whether it be one person or a business and can customise courses to suit everyone’s requirements.
