Big welcome to new PADI RTO Trainer, Geoff Garley
Geoff Garley is former RAAF Aircrew and leads a pretty active life. Congratulations to our newest RTO Trainer, Stephen Mabbett from ADI Geelong!
Originally from the United Kingdom, our newest RTO Trainer, Stephen Mabbett, is the owner and Head Instructor at Australian Diving Instruction in Geelong, Victoria. A PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and TecRec Instructor, Stephen started Diving in 1983 and has been certifying divers for over 30yrs. He started Australian Diving Instruction as a Dive Club in 1989, offering courses to club members. PADI RTO news is specifically designed for all Trainers currently registered with PADI’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO #6729) to teach Nationally Recognised Training programmes in Australia. All PADI RTO Trainers are required to read this newsletter and, where necessary, implement all of the changes in RTO standards and procedures contained herein. PADI RTO News also provides valuable information to PADI Instructors, non-RTO trainers and training organisations interested in offering Nationally Recognised Training in Australia.
